The PAC committee has once again prepared an evening to remember.  Located at the conference site, this evening gala will include visits from some of your favorite celebrities, the smooth sounds of jazz, games, food, drink and more.  Be prepared to encounter the paparazzi as you walk the red carpet.  Formal dress is encouraged.
Tickets are $75 per CRNA, $40 for students and $140 per couple.

Wanda Wilson Lectureship Keynote Speaker, Kay Frances

Kay Frances spent many years as a professional standup comedian, including living and performing in New York City. From this, she was able to see how important humor is for our overall well-being and how therapeutic it can be. Plus, it just feels good to laugh!  In her presentation, Kay will offer valuable strategies for dealing with stress and tools to improve your overall wellness.  This session will be just what attendees need to start their morning off right.

In the frenzied world of nursing, we need to be reminded of the importance of managing our stress and taking care of ourselves for success in all areas of our lives. Taking care of others starts with self-care; we can’t pour from an empty vessel. We need to manage our stress before it manages us!
This presentation will:

·         Identify the causes and effects of stress on our well-being.

·         Analyze the keys to good health.

·         Explain ways of dealing with change
