Ohio Nurse Anesthetists will celebrate National Nurse Anesthetist Week on January 21-16, 2008. Some exciting efforts organized by the OSANA this year included weekly commercial advertisements in central Ohio which will air on NBC4 during the weeks of December 17 - January 21, 2008.  These commercials will highlight CRNAs as advanced practice nurses who specialize in nurse anesthesia care.  

Press releases are available from the OSANA office to share with your local papers and hospital newsletters.  Also, CRNAs can contact Lori Landry to receive emery boards, magnets, brochures, buttons and more for display tables at hospitals and surgery centers.  OSANA encourages all CRNAs to do their part to help celebrate this week and promote patient safety.
